After purchase, your eSIM QR code is sent instantly to your email. You should receive it within minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

If you haven't activated your eSIM, you're eligible for a full refund. Activated plans cannot be refunded, but you can purchase additional data. Please contact support for special cases.
